What does an Account Manager do?

Job Description for Key Account Manager

  • Conducting daily visits to Hero Centers and be the eyes and ears for Uber Pakistan by continuously connecting with Hero owners & staff, GL Experts & Driver Partners
  • Manage and supervise the day to day activities of assigned Hero Centers in your city as per the Hero Standard Operating Procedures
  • Actively visit market to open new supply avenues through partnerships and road activities
  • Use data, analytics and innovative strategies to achieve monthly/ weekly acquisition target and search and onboard car/moto/auto drivers using cold and digital leads across the country
  • Ensure Hero centers along with GL experts conduct onboarding trainings to newly recruited drivers on a daily basis
  • Ensure Hero Staff & GL experts have all necessary regular updated information with regards to policies, promotions and Uber product
  • Have a pulse on the market by meeting business partners, driver partners and competitors on whats the ongoing trend for ride-hailing industry
  • Collect feedback for continuous improvement in the Uber platform from experts and hero center staff
  • Communicate Hero center performance results along with investigation of reason for meeting / not meeting their weekly target
  • Cross pollinate best practices of high performing Hero centers across the country
  • Support fellow KAMs across the country to manage Hero Centers and driver related problems
  • Carry out strategic nature projects to help build a business model which can stand the test of time

Secure renewal through coordination with pod lead, manager, and other teammates

Demonstrate ability to communicate MI’s value subscription pricing effectively and clearly

Maintain and grow industry knowledge by attending webinars and other topical trainings

Basic Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent education

Experience working with corporations and professional service organizations in a client service, sales, or product support role/setting.

Interest in solving problems for clients through the delivery of market data solutions and analytical tools.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Salesforce.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, and confident in delivering product demonstrations.

Must be amenable to work in a US business hours
